Dog Rose Cottage is situated in the grounds of:

Briar House, Beeston Road, Great Dunham, PE32 2LX

Directions:

Travelling from Kings to Lynn to Norwich following the A47.   The trunk road passes through the village of Little Fransham.  In the centre of the village, if travelling from Kings Lynn,  turn left onto Station Road. Follow this road around the bends for approximately 2 miles and then turn right onto Beeston Road (signposted).  Briar House / Dog Rose Cottage will be found on your left hand side after approximately 400 yards.  If you reach Mill House on your  right hand side, you have travelled too far, please turn around.

The nearest railway station is Downham Market. The cottage is not on a bus route.
